With a rich background spanning over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Jaibi Mani leads our team with passion and expertise. Graduating from Munnar Catering College (2002-2005), Jaibi refined his skills in top-tier hotels across India before expanding his horizons in the Middle East.
His impressive career includes serving as Assistant General Manager at KFC, where he showcased remarkable leadership. Additionally, Jaibi spent four years as Operational Head for a renowned chain of cafes in the Middle East, further solidifying his expertise.
Upon settling in Australia in 2014, Jaibi partnered with friends to launch Indian Coffee House on November 10, 2024. Driven by a commitment to excellence, he ensures every guest enjoys an exceptional experience, marked by impeccable service and attention to detail.
